Patrick Pery, 6th Earl of Limerick : ウィキペディア英語版 | Patrick Pery, 6th Earl of Limerick Patrick Edmund Pery, 6th Earl of Limerick KBE, AM (12 April 1930 – 8 January 2003), was an Irish peer and public servant. He was educated at Eton College and New College, Oxford. Limerick was Under-Secretary of State for Trade in Ted Heath's Conservative Government 1970-1974. He was Chairman of the British Overseas Trade Board 1979–1983, and Chairman of the British Invisible Exports Council from 1975 to 1991. He was chairman of the European-Atlantic Group from 1999 to 2001. He was a director of banknote printers De La Rue from 1983 to 1997, and chairman from 1993. He was Knight President of the Society of Knights of the Round Table from 1993. He was also Honorary Colonel of The Inns of Court and City Yeomanry. On 7 September 2001 he was appointed an Honorary Member of the Order of Australia, for service to Australian-British relations.〔(It's an Honour )〕 Pery was the grandson of British Indian officer Henry Trotter. ==References==
